• Processing and managing customer inquiries via email and post.
• Maintaining customer data in the system.
• Creating and sending contract-related documents to end customers.
• Providing information to district heating customers.
• Bookkeeping assignments of incoming payments.
• Coordinating and aligning with departments of our client (E.ON) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification (open to career changers).
• Experience in back office processing, ideally in the energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and good German language skills in spoken and written form.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.
