The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for building and evolving the data engine that powers personalized care and measurable patient outcomes in a leading psychedelic therapy organization.

Requirements

• Strong technical ownership over data pipelines.
• Experience with Segment, Stitch, Snowflake, dbt.
• Proven ability to conduct deep-dive analyses.
• Belief in the potential of psychedelic medicines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in building self-serve data tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and attend in-person events.
• Leadership experience in data engineering.
• Knowledge of Functional Psychiatry is a plus.
