• Develop and execute comprehensive safety programs across multiple locations.
• Conduct audits and lead incident investigations to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and site-level teams for EHS alignment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage local EHS team members and oversee safety initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops on environmental compliance and sustainability.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to EHS policies.
• Travel approximately 25–35% to various locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a health and safety role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to implement proactive safety measures.
• Strong project management skills.
• Capability to develop innovative safety programs.
