Overview

Mitratech is seeking a Product Manager to lead an agile team for Mitratech’s Acuity ELM solution. You will partner with Support, Services and Engineering to drive client satisfaction.

• Lead an agile team for Acuity ELM solution.
• Drive client satisfaction by partnering with Support and Services.
• Blend of Product Manager and Project Manager roles.
• Identify features and build roadmap using Aha.
• Create high-quality stories through feature discovery.
• Manage and prioritize backlog for client retention.
• Lead scrum team activities and manage related artifacts.
• Facilitate technical problem solving and decision making.
• Responsible for product release planning and release notes.
• Communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a remote-first and globally diverse environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ProductBoard, and Aha!
