Overview

Mitiga is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead our product and engineering teams through a period of rapid growth and innovation. The CPTO will define and execute the company's product & technical strategy, overseeing all aspects of product development and ensuring technical excellence.

• Lead the definition and articulation of the company's long-term product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management and/or engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for building innovative, user-centric products.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Understanding of the SaaS/DaaS market.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
