Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of voice solutions on the Google Platform, requiring deep expertise in system architecture and API integrations.

• Deep knowledge of IVR/bot systems and voice solution architecture.
• Proficiency in API development and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience in designing call flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with business stakeholders to define requirements.
