Miratech is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in Genesys Cloud CX to oversee quality assurance processes, focusing on telecom components and API validation.

• Develop and maintain test plans and scripts for Genesys Cloud.
• Execute various testing methodologies like functional and regression testing.
• Conduct IVR routing and API validation.
• Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Support teams.
• Automate tests using tools like Selenium and Python.
• Integrate automated test frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide QA status reports and metrics.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience, ideally with Genesys Cloud.
• Proficiency with IVR, SIP trunking, and API testing.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability and English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
