Senior Business Analyst - Contact Centre Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team within a Contact Centre Infrastructure. The role will focus on delivering end-to-end IVR solutions across global markets. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

In Short

• Work closely with business to understand business ideas/requirements.
• Document IT solutions into functional and technical specifications including call flows, functional specifications, database configuration.
• Identify and work with all IT teams including architects, designers, developers and testers to deliver the IT solution.
• Ensure all IT teams understand their low-level requirements.
• Support all teams during design, build, testing, planning and implementation activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contact centre systems.
• Extensive knowledge of contact centre application including IVR and Genesys Engage.
• Familiar with API integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven delivery of quality IT technical documentation.
• Track record of delivering projects and achieving business benefits.
