Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing observability practices within our AWS Connect Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, focusing on operational transparency and proactive issue detection.

In Short

• Facilitate discussions with Developers, Architects, Platform, and Support teams.
• Maintain and update trackers with timelines, deliverables, and progress status.
• Provide periodic status updates and reports to leadership teams.
• Create presentations to showcase project progress and status for stakeholders.
• Drive observability initiatives to completion by coordinating with teams.
• Contribute to internal project tracking and coordination activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT project management experience in CCaaS environments.
• 3+ years managing observability/monitoring projects.
• Experience with documentation for IT/cloud-based projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Expertise in diagramming tools for workflows and system architecture.
• Proven ability to track project timelines and risks using PM tools.
• Experience analyzing technical metrics and creating executive reports.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
