NICE CX-One Developer - Remote

Overview

Miratech is seeking a skilled NICE CX-One Developer to contribute to a large-scale customer experience transformation initiative for a Global leader in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and implement NICE-based routing solutions, develop secure and compliant IVR applications, and play a key role in the migration of legacy call center systems to modern omnichannel platforms.

In Short

• Design and implement NICE-based routing solutions.
• Develop secure and compliant IVR applications.
• Migrate legacy call center systems to omnichannel platforms.
• Coordinate release planning, development, testing, and releases.
• Build call flow designs and integrate backend systems using APIs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Cooperate with the Architecture team for API design and deployment.
• Manage NICE BU and provide input into solution design.
• Review support tickets and oversee support questions.
• Optimize customer journeys and ensure system integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with NICE InContact CXone.
• 3+ years of NICE CXOne Studio scripting experience.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS providers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Conflict management skills.
