Overview

Minted is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Finance organization. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company.

In Short

• Develop, automate and produce recurring business analysis
• Drive financial reporting and analysis for Management team reviews
• Support corporate financial forecasting
• Assist in strategic planning process and budget
• Analyze financial outcomes and identify areas of risk
• Implement best practices in financial management
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Proactively seek process improvements
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting and FP&A systems desirable
• Desire to learn SQL or database query languages
