Overview

Mint House is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support our Finance team by ensuring accurate and efficient accounts receivable (AR) processes.

In Short

• Support broader accounting team in performing accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Process cash applications, applying payments correctly to customer accounts.
• Oversee and manage billing operations by generating and issuing invoices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Sales and Operations teams.
• Monitor collectibles and outstanding invoices.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain and update AR records and processes.
• Support the Finance team with administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in cash application and AR reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
