Requirements

• Two state examinations, combined > 16 points.
• Up to 5 years of litigation experience, ideally in consumer or tenancy law.
• Proven tech affinity.
• Expertise and enjoyment in leading out-of-court and court proceedings.
• Solid knowledge of data protection law (GDPR) and competition law.
• Persistence, assertiveness, and resilience.
• No hesitation in telephone communication.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• High affinity for legal tech and digital solutions.
