Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving process improvements.

In Short

Work closely with business units and participate in operations and management.
Develop financial plans with a bottom-up approach.
Prepare monthly MIS for accounting functions and work on budgets.
Track and measure key financials and business metrics.
Support month-end account closures and procedures.
Prepare plans vs actuals and analyze variances.
Handle ad-hoc requests and problem-solving.
Drive standardization and automation projects for efficiency.

Requirements

Qualified CA or Tier-1 MBA with 0-1 years of experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and strategic planning.
Knowledge of Advanced Excel, MS Office & PPT.
Analytical mindset and negotiation skills.
Commercial and business awareness.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet time constraints.
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is a plus.
