Overview

The Agile Cross-Project Component Owner is responsible for the entire lifecycle of software features, ensuring consistent implementation across all software development teams and projects.

• Analyze the current state of software features and define goals for their development.
• Create decision-making foundations for product-specific features.
• Develop visions for new features and enhance them post-launch if necessary.
• Document requirements and coordinate with architects, product owners, and project managers.
• Coordinate software development teams for feature implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent qualification.
• Deep technical understanding of software development.
• Experience working in or with agile teams as a Module Owner, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
• Ability to prioritize important topics effectively.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
