Midi is hiring a VP, Onboarding & Education, to build and evolve the learning engine that powers clinician readiness and long-term performance at scale.

• Define and lead the multi-year strategy for Midi University.
• Design the future-state learning model incorporating simulation and gamification.
• Establish the enterprise education operating model.
• Own the education budget end-to-end.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and vendor strategy.
