Overview

Midi Health is looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Lead to support the planning and execution of high-impact, cross-channel campaigns across brand, product, RX, and supplements.

• Translate brand and product strategy into integrated campaign plans
• Define campaign narrative, messaging hierarchy, and channel roles
• Develop integrated briefs and GTM frameworks for major launches
• Ensure campaigns align with the Midi brand platform and business objectives
• Partner with various stakeholders to ensure campaign coherence
• Support integrated launch planning across major company initiatives
• Evaluate campaign performance and identify actionable recommendations
• Manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving launches
• Contribute to leadership-ready summaries and updates

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing or related fields
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of GTM planning and messaging systems
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Analytical and business-minded
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build necessary processes
