Overview

Western National Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Casualty Claims Representative to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line insurance claims.

In Short

• Handles moderate-to-high complexity casualty claims.
• Evaluates personal and commercial lines property claims.
• Ensures customer service excellence.
• Investigates claims and makes appropriate decisions.
• Establishes and reviews reserves for each claim.
• Provides direction to outside resources.
• Regular contact with customers and vendors.
• Occasional travel for field work.
• Performs special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Understanding of industry practices and claim concepts.
• Prior casualty claims experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical with good time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
