The Epic Principal Trainer for OpTime is responsible for training and supporting staff in utilizing the Epic system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of workflows.

Requirements

• Epic Certification required post-training.

• Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training content and educational programs.
• Experience in project management.
