Overview

The Donor Data Analyst plays a crucial role in managing donor data and supporting fundraising operations through various reporting tools and applications.

• Reports to the Manager Philanthropy Data Operations.
• Functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Donor Data Management applications.
• Conducts training on application and reporting functions.

Requirements

• College degree or certification in IT or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience with database structures and report writing.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other reporting tools.
• Previous experience in donor database application support preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for training and collaboration.
