Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager owns the fulfillment of assigned projects, exceeding the expectations of the customer, and ensuring profit protection. This involves managing the order process for our clients through order entry, delivery scheduling, installation coordination, onsite project management and punch list processing.

In Short

• Manage projects from purchase order through completion.
• Coordinate with Solution Design Specialists to develop work plans.
• Communicate proactively with customers and provide updates.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Perform on-site leadership and strategic site visits.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and project close-out requirements.
• Frequent and/or overnight travel is required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer journey.
• Review project site, plans, and product specifications.
• Manage accurate record keeping and contract adherence.
