Project Manager EU South (all genders) - Remote

Overview

This role involves taking full ownership of monitoring, SCADA, and feed-in management projects for PV, BESS, and hybrid power plants across the EU South region, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage projects in renewable energy, specifically PV and BESS.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Design and validate system architectures for technical feasibility.
• Act as the key interface between customers and engineering teams.
• Lead commissioning activities and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation for customer meetings.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the EU South region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management within renewable energy.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or similar.
• 2–3 years of project management experience in relevant fields.
• Strong ownership mindset and independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented and commercially aware.
