Project Manager (all genders) - E-Commerce - Remote

In Short

• Manage complex shop projects in Asana from planning to implementation.
• Act as a link between clients and developers by understanding, prioritizing, and translating requirements.
• Plan and manage retainer assignments including hours planning and invoicing.
• Ensure transparency, structure, and team spirit even in challenging situations.
• Take responsibility for quality, budget, and communication.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in project management and client relations.
• Technical knowledge of E-Commerce processes and ability to assess requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Organizational talent to manage budgets and set priorities.
• Basic understanding of effort estimation and development logic for realistic task planning.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Teamleader, CRM or similar solutions.
• Fluent in German (C2 level); English is a plus.
