Senior Program Manager - Marketing - Remote

To get our most impactful efforts into the world seamlessly, we need someone focused on elevating how we operate so the team can focus their energy on doing their best work.

In Short

• Design and improve systems that help the team prioritize and execute the highest-impact work
• Own project management for campaigns and initiatives: scope projects, set timelines, align stakeholders, track progress, and keep work moving
• Spot and implement automation opportunities - building custom GPTs, improving workflows in our core tools, and testing new tools
• Manage budgets, vendors, and other recurring operational tasks
• Collaborate with leaders across the team on priorities
• Work day-to-day with designers, copywriters, and product marketers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Design solutions that scale and improve team effectiveness
• Communicate clearly and influence cross-functional partners
• Balance speed and structure in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or related roles
• Proven track record of running projects and building systems
• Hands-on experience implementing automation tools
• Experience owning budgets and operational details
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc)
• Clear, structured communication skills
• Experience balancing speed and structure in a fast-moving environment
