Join a leading AI lab’s cutting-edge GenAI team as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and accelerating AI research.

In Short

• Act as the day-to-day lead on multiple projects.
• Attend and document weekly business reviews; occasionally lead these calls.
• Identify and resolve quality misalignments through root cause analyses.
• Create and refine project guidelines in collaboration with Product partners.
• Align priorities and decision-making across large teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Advise on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
• Standardize onboarding and training for GenAI experts.
• Collaborate with vendors across multiple time zones.
• Lead large-scale meetings with up to 200+ participants.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• BA/BS required; STEM background preferred.
• 2+ years in project management or related field.
• Strong data management experience (Excel, SQL).
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
