In Short

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world law enforcement supervision.
• Create realistic situations involving shift management and resource allocation.
• Develop scenarios for managing patrol operations and handling officer misconduct.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a first-line supervisor in law enforcement.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management experience.
• Proficient in using computers and software systems.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Pass background check and qualification quiz.
• 14 years experience preferred.
