Marketing Production Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Marketing Production Intern, you will support our Customer Activation team in producing marketing materials including writing and quality-assuring copy, creating wireframes and mockups, developing presentation slides, organizing assets, and managing projects from start to finish.

In Short

• Assist in writing copy for various customer and member-facing material.
• Review and proofread copy for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Review creative assets such as production spreadsheets, images, and graphics.
• Create wireframes and mockups for marketing assets.
• Develop visually appealing slides for presentations.
• Assist with producing and updating customer-facing materials.
• Use Asana for project management and timelines.
• Maintain planning and production documents.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Figma and Asana.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
