As a Senior Software Engineer in the Scale Team at Meilisearch, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining scalable solutions to enhance search performance and infrastructure cost stability.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a backend and/or infrastructure engineer.
• Strong knowledge of backend stack and cloud infrastructure (K8s, AWS, Terraform).
• Familiarity with performance & cost optimization challenges.
• Ability to contribute to frontend code (React, TypeScript).
• Understanding of Rust and the Meilisearch engine.
• Excellent collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Comfortable making technical decisions and aligning stakeholders.
• Adaptable in ambiguous situations.
