Overview

As an Inventory Crew Member at Meijer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate physical inventories in retail units, contributing to reliable inventory counts that support our stores and customers.

In Short

• Full-time position with a 4-day work week.
• Most Fridays, nights, weekends, and major holidays off.
• Work independently to count merchandise in stores.
• Use a handheld computer for scanning and entering counts.
• Deliver exceptional service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in counting.
• Participate in auditing projects as needed.

• Physical ability to stand and walk for most of the time.
• Lift and move objects between 10 and 50 lbs frequently.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general business math and bookkeeping.
• Six months to one year of job training and experience.
• Strong mental and visual ability for counting.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Willingness to participate in additional auditing projects.
