In Short

• Work as a Virtual Medical Assistant for DrCatalyst.
• Handle inbound calls for scheduling and clinic information.

• Supply EMR notes on all calls.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS in Nursing.
• At least 6 months of BPO healthcare experience.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Typing speed of 25 wpm or faster.
• Stable internet speed of at least 100 mbps.
• Computer literacy in GMail and Google Sheets.
• Must reside outside Cebu.
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends.
• Physically fit for BPO setting.
