• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare detailed candidate assessments.
• Deliver daily pipeline reports including candidate status updates.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to the internal recruiting team.
• Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour.
