Overview

The Training Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective training of all personnel in manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations, while collaborating with branch leadership to enhance training processes.

In Short

  • Coordinate and support training for various personnel.
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide action plans.
  • Conduct personal training workshops for branch employees.
  • Monitor onboarding processes at distribution centers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team.
  • Interpret and execute departmental policies.
  • Perform training needs assessments.
  • Maintain records of training activities.
  • Engage in employee development and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to operate machinery.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to develop others.
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree or leadership training experience.
