Senior SAP FICO Analyst - Remote

Overview

The SAP FICO BSA is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business needs, acting as a bridge between finance teams and IT.

In Short

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues.
• Document business processes and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP FICO.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
