Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and providing account customer service throughout their territory by achieving key sales metrics prescribed by the Market President.

  • Guide growth opportunities throughout territory for both in-person and telehealth services.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and operational efforts.
  • Conduct in-person/virtual meetings with customers.
  • Maintain existing caseload saturation above 30%.
  • Account and relationship management of key partners.
  • Develop sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Organize data in CRM tool and marketing databases.
  • Prospect and conduct sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Conduct meetings and calls for customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum College Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 3-5 years in a healthcare setting required.
  • 3-5+ years in a multi-state sales role with proven success.
  • Basic working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience in online healthcare tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with sensitive information.
  • Commitment to providing platinum-level customer service.
  • Ability to embrace a caring company culture.
