Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The role is responsible for analysis and insights to support the Business Transformation Project change initiatives across the Personal Injury Division brands within MedHealth as well as leading the BA team within the project.

In Short

• Lead the BA team and work seamlessly with Product Owners.
• Deliver a consistent process for process design, including approach, documentation and methodologies.
• Identify all requirements definition and detailed design work.
• Support identification of CIA / TNA needs.
• Align functional needs and strategic needs of all business stakeholders.
• Ensure teams are delivering based on business needs.
• Identify dependencies across the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Engage constructively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Undertake project work as required by the business.

• Proven experience delivering complex projects.
• Data migration experience is highly desirable.
• Superior stakeholder skills.
• High level of communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
