Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of features that enrich and improve MEDFAR's healthcare platform. You will play a central role in delivering secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions, supporting new clinical workflows and technological innovation.

Requirements

• College or university degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software system design, development, and deployment, preferably in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in .NET and C# development.
• Strong front-end development skills with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience in software architecture and designing scalable systems.
• Practical experience in test automation and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including SQL programming and performance optimization.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
