Client Reporting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Client Reporting Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely completion of client reports across the enterprise, including recurring updates and ad hoc reports, while building effective relationships with project and executive leaders.

In Short

• Responsible for client report completion
• Partner with operational leaders for reporting requirements
• Create monthly client presentations using PowerPoint
• Improve current reporting processes
• Manage and resolve reporting issues
• Perform QA on reporting output
• Coordinate with IT to resolve data issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Handle multiple high-priority requests
• Exceptional attention to detail required

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
• High proficiency with PowerPoint
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookup
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Analytic insight into data and reports
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Ability to manage leadership expectations
• Exceptional attention to detail
