• Support project planning, execution, communication, and delivery.
• Act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, and management.
• Coordinate and manage the entire client onboarding process.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple projects.
• Create and maintain project documentation and task lists.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between design, development, and marketing teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Review client deliverables for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of design workflows.
• Familiarity with development processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in EST or overlapping hours when required.
