MD² is hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team in our Bellevue corporate office. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who enjoys staying busy, responding to multiple phone and email inquiries, and sharing excitement about the business.

In Short

• Responsible for answering inquiries from prospective patients about MD² concierge medical practices.
• Represent the elevated MD² brand during all conversations.
• Qualify prospective patients for referral to doctors.
• Prepare doctors for referrals with necessary patient details.
• Follow up with physicians and prospective patients.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Help define best practices for patient acquisition.
• Must have a reliable internet connection.
• Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.

Requirements

• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proven track record in tracking inquiries and reporting sales metrics.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Appreciation for concierge healthcare delivery.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Experience in luxury goods/services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
