Overview

As a Backend Automation Engineer at MCRDSE, you will be responsible for building and automating the backend stack with AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

In Short

Automate systems using Make, Zapier, GPT agents, and GoHighLevel.
Manage WooCommerce and optimize site performance.
Build out eCommerce funnels and marketing flows.
Integrate AI-powered support tools.
Collaborate with creative teams for campaign launches.
Maintain API connections and system health.

Requirements

Experience with automation tools like Make.com and Zapier.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, specifically WooCommerce.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like GoHighLevel.
Bonus: Knowledge of Stripe, SlyBroadcast, ShipStation, Notion, Typeform.
