Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years with SailPoint or equivalent IGA tool.
• 5+ years of experience in security solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC, PCI, HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Preferred certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP).
• Experience in healthcare or financial compliance is a plus.
