Overview

McFadyen Digital is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in B2B and B2C environments to optimize business processes and enhance eCommerce solutions.

In Short

• Interact with business stakeholders to gather and document eCommerce requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Act as a product owner for development and QA teams.
• Facilitate requirements validation and prioritization.
• Work in a globally distributed team model.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for requirements.
• Present solution alternatives to clients.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Support other eCommerce teams with best practices.
• Establish effective requirements practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT or eBusiness, particularly in eCommerce.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and trends.
• Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and localization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with enterprise-class eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and Jira.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of multiple vertical industries is a plus.
