Manager, Field Finance - Remote

Overview

The Nashville Field Office has an opening for a Field Finance Manager, supporting financial analysis and recommendations for business growth.

In Short

• Support the Field Office Finance Director and Nashville Leadership Team.
• Review Owner/Operator financial health and propose strategies.
• Monitor and analyze financial health of individual Owner/Operators.
• Coordinate with the National Field Finance Team.
• Create and present financial performance metrics to franchise owners.
• Analyze cash flow results and identify profit opportunities.
• Assess Development deals for profitability.
• Coach non-financial stakeholders on financial strategies.
• Adhere to financial policies and spending approvals.
• Travel required to Nashville TN territory and Chicago HQ office.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Highest integrity and ethics.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate development/franchising a plus.
• Strong computer and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to impact and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
