Overview

McDonald's Canada is seeking a bilingual Regional Learning and Development Consultant who can facilitate training in any time zone for Canada. This role is crucial in changing individual behaviors to improve business results through training and operational standards.

In Short

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Consult on training and operational standards.
  • Work with various stakeholders including staff and restaurant management.
  • Deliver exceptional classroom experiences.
  • Provide strategic interventions to meet market objectives.
  • Coach on measuring and improving training results.
  • Communicate feedback to regional staff and owners.
  • Act as an operations expert on McDonald's standards.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
  • 2+ years in customer service or hospitality.
  • Operational expertise in QSR or hospitality preferred.
  • Experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven self-starter.
