Overview

The Patient Appointment Services Specialist is responsible for independently creating and scheduling appointments within the electronic medical record for a complex, multispecialty medical practice.

  • Independently create and schedule appointments.

  • Collect Guarantor and insurance details.

  • Be available for patient inquiries 80% of the day.
  • Flexibility for cross-coverage and travel may be required.
  • On-site work required for at least 6 months before teleworking may be an option.
