Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and success of our Client’s software products. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.

In Short

  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for Engineering and Design teams.
  • Oversee the development and release process as a Product Owner in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine product offerings.
  • Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments to streamline product development and launch.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to maintain product competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Min. 3+ years of experience in B2B software product management.
  • Experience in developing E-commerce, Content Management, Digital Marketing, Martech or similar solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new domains and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Polish communication skills (min.C1)
  • Experience with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Product Board, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and data monitoring tools is a plus.
