Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably Computer Science).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading teams and people management.
• Familiarity with programming or leading geospatial teams.
• Experience with software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum).
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• 5 years of software engineering management experience.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of microservice-based systems and AWS.
• C++ or Python programming expertise.
• Geodesic and/or photogrammetric expertise.
