In Short

• Design organic creative campaigns for social media channels.
• Engage in creative copywriting for organic campaigns.
• Handle imagery, video editing, and shooting support.
• Conduct visual research and develop creative ideas for client campaigns.
• Create impactful storytelling in designs and pitch presentations.
• Enhance designs based on performance-driven results.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media content creation & design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Trend scouting and sharing the latest trends on social media.
• Experience with organic social content and its requirements.
• Independent and responsible work style with a hands-on mentality.
• Bonus: Experience in shooting.
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
