Service Engineer - Eindhoven/Limburg - Remote

Overview

The Service Engineer role is for individuals who enjoy working with fitness equipment and providing excellent service to clients in the Eindhoven/Limburg region.

In Short

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of fitness equipment at client locations.
• Travel to various clients including sports clubs, businesses, and hotels.
• Work with a planner to manage daily service cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a structured and careful work approach.
• Possess a technical background, preferably with an MBO level qualification.
• Hold a driving license B and reside in the Eindhoven/Limburg region.
• Fluent in Dutch and preferably English.
• Enjoy solving technical challenges.
• Act as a representative of Matrix Fitness, embodying customer service values.

Requirements

• MBO work and thinking level, preferably with a technical education.
• Affinity for technology and enjoyment in solving technical challenges.
• Possession of a driving license B and residence in the Eindhoven/Limburg region.
• Customer-oriented with a drive to keep clients satisfied.
• Work carefully and structured.
• Good command of the Dutch language; English is a plus.
