Remote Batchman

Overview

The Batchman coordinates and produces quality concrete safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, adhering to company standards and customer requirements. This role includes operating batching equipment, monitoring raw materials, and collaborating with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams to ensure accurate mixes, timely production, and smooth plant operations.
